Information you provide

If you contact MAVVIQ by email, the information you include may be used to respond to your inquiry and maintain appropriate business records.

Contact form

When you submit the MAVVIQ Contact form, the information you provide is sent through a secure intake service to MAVVIQ's private Leads workspace. This may include your name, email address, phone number, company, inquiry type, selected MAVVIQ location and message.

Contact form information is used to route and respond to inquiries, support follow-up and maintain appropriate business records. If online delivery is temporarily unavailable, the page may offer an email draft addressed to contact@mavviq.com as a fallback.

Employment applications

When you submit a MAVVIQ employment application, the information you provide is routed to MAVVIQ's private Leads workspace and may include your name, email, phone number, preferred location, position, employment preference, availability, start date and relevant experience.

If you choose to attach a resume, the file is stored in a private application-storage area and is available only through authorized internal access. Resume uploads are limited by file type and size. Application information is used for recruiting, hiring review, follow-up and appropriate employment records.

Opening updates and offers

If you sign up for MAVVIQ opening updates, we collect your name, email address and, if you choose to share it, your ZIP code. This is sent through the same secure intake service as the Contact form to MAVVIQ's private Leads workspace, along with the page you signed up from and the time you agreed to receive emails.

We use this information to send news about MAVVIQ openings, offers and updates, and to understand which areas are interested in a MAVVIQ location. We do not sell this information. You can unsubscribe at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting contact@mavviq.com.

Technical information

Hosting providers and standard web infrastructure may process limited technical information such as IP address, browser type, device details and request logs for security, reliability and abuse prevention. The form service also uses limited anti-abuse controls, including rate limiting and automated form checks.

Maps and third-party services

The Locations page may load mapping resources from Leaflet/OpenStreetMap infrastructure and may request address geocoding from OpenStreetMap's Nominatim service. Pages across the site load the Inter typeface from Google Fonts. Those services may receive normal connection information when your browser requests their resources.
